Complaints and grievances
[DRAFT: needs a legal read before launch.] If something has gone wrong, here is where to take it, in the usual order. [LAST CHECKED: date, set when it is published; contact details can change.] This is an agent's website, not LIC's. The LIC, IRDAI and Ombudsman details below are theirs, not hers.
1. Tell Anantha Nayaki first
If your concern is about this site or about how she has dealt with you, write to her or call. For a problem with LIC's service or a claim, she can help you take it to LIC.

A rejected death claim can also be reviewed by LIC's Claims Dispute Redressal Committee at the zonal or central office, which includes a retired District or High Court judge.
